1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BukaBoom!

By using our mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.

Important: The Application is designed for children aged 3 to 11 years. Registration and account management are performed by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Service Description

BukaBoom is an application for reading interactive digital fairy tales for children.

2.1. What We Offer:

✅ Digital Fairy Tales — library of children's stories with illustrations
✅ Regular Reading — classic text reading mode
✅ Reading with Progress — tracking read pages and stories
✅ Interactive Elements — collecting puzzle pictures while reading

2.2. Purchases:

Some fairy tales are free and open from the start
Subscription — access to the entire library for the subscription period

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Registration Requirements:

Registration requires parent/guardian email
You must be over 18 years old to create an account
You are responsible for the security of your account
One account can be used by multiple children in the family

3.2. Account Responsibility:

Do not share access credentials with third parties
Immediately notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all actions in your account

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

4.1. Subscriptions:

Subscription gives access to the entire library of fairy tales
Automatic renewal every month/year (depending on plan)
Can be canceled at any time through app store settings
After cancellation, access is retained until the end of the paid period

Subscriptions purchased on the App Store (iPhone and iPad):

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase
The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen to restore access on a new device

4.2. Payment:

Payment is made through app stores (RuStore, App Store, Google Play, AppGallery)
We do not store your payment card data
Prices may change, but changes do not affect active subscriptions
All prices include VAT (if applicable)

4.3. Refunds:

Refunds are governed by app store policy
For RuStore: refund within 14 days if not used
For App Store and Google Play: according to their refund policy

5. Content Usage

5.1. Usage License:

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content
You can read fairy tales on your devices
You can read fairy tales with children in your family

5.2. Prohibited:

❌ Copy, distribute, or sell our content
❌ Share account with people outside your family
❌ Use content for commercial purposes
❌ Modify or create derivative works
❌ Remove copyrights or watermarks

5.3. Copyright:

All fairy tales, illustrations, voice acting are protected by copyright
Rights belong to BukaBoom and our partners
Copyright infringement may result in account blocking

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. You Agree to:

✅ Use the Application only for lawful purposes
✅ Not attempt to hack or bypass protection
✅ Not create fake accounts
✅ Respect the rights of other users

6.2. We Reserve the Right to:

Block account for violation of terms
Remove content that violates rules
Change or discontinue service (with notice)

7. Interactive Features

7.1. Reading Progress:

We save your reading progress on our servers
Progress syncs across devices
You can delete progress at any time

7.2. Puzzles and Achievements:

Collected puzzle pictures are saved in your account
This is part of the gameplay and has no monetary value
When deleting account, all achievements are deleted

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Application Provided "As Is":

We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, but do not guarantee absence of errors
Not liable for technical failures
Not liable for data loss (but we make backups)

8.2. Limitations:

We are not liable for indirect damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

9. Service Changes

9.1. Content Updates:

We regularly add new fairy tales
May remove fairy tales for legal reasons (with notice)

9.2. Application Changes:

May update features and design
May add new capabilities
Critical updates may require app update

10. Termination of Use

10.1. Account Deletion:

You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app: open the profile settings and tap Delete account, then confirm.

The account, reading progress, and other data linked to it are deleted
A subscription bought in an app store is not canceled automatically: cancel it in your app store settings (see 10.2) so that it does not renew
To use the app again afterwards, you will need to create a new account

🔴 DELETION IS IRREVERSIBLE: access linked to the deleted account and all collected achievements are lost.

You can also request deletion by email: [email protected] (subject "Account Deletion"). We delete the account within 30 days.

10.2. Subscription Cancellation:

Cancel subscription through app store
This does NOT delete your account
Subscription access is retained until the end of paid period

10.3. We Can:

Block account for violation of terms
Discontinue service (with 30 days notice)
Delete inactive accounts after 2 years (with prior notice)

11. Privacy

Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Key Points:

Collect minimum data
Do not sell data to third parties
Comply with COPPA and GDPR

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. Change Notifications:

We may update these Terms
Will notify you 30 days before changes take effect
Notification will come via email or push notification

12.2. Your Actions:

Continued use means agreement with new terms
If you disagree — you can delete account

13. Applicable Law

13.1. Jurisdiction:

These Terms do not limit the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live

Disputes are handled in accordance with the law that applies to them

15. Additional Terms

15.1. For Users Under 18:

Use of Application is permitted only with parental consent
Parents bear full responsibility for children's actions

15.2. Entire Agreement:

These Terms together with Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement
Replace all previous arrangements

15.3. Severability:

If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect
